Will a universal LNB work with Dishnetworks satellites.?

No and Yes, No it will not work on there primary satellites like Echostar 5 and Echostar 7. But they will work with Echostar 7.
Echostar 5 and 7 use a standard DSS circular LNB. Where Echostar 7 uses a linier FTA style LNB.
