ADVANTAGES OF USING AN RF REMOTE:
1. RECEIVERS CAN BE INSTALLED IN LOCATIONS WHERE IT CAN BE HIDDEN 2. NO NEED TO HAVE A LINE OF SIGHT FROM THE REMOTE TO THE RECEIVER . 3. COMMUNICATE WITH RECEIVER FROM LONG RANGE AND ALSO FROM ANOTHER ROOM
BE VERY CAREFUL, ONLY REMOTES WITH THE LETTER "R" AFTER THE REMOTE MODEL NUMBER OR AN FCC ID STICKER ON THE BACK IS CAPABLE OF WORKING IN AN RF ENVIRONMENT:

EXAMPLES:
RC64 - NOT RF CAPABLE RC64R & RC64RB - RF CAPABLE
- RF Remotes are used for Receiver models # R15, R16, R22, H20, H21, H22,H23, HR20, HR21, HR22
- The R16, R22,H21,H22, H23 and HR21 have the RF antenna
built into the front panel and therefore do not need an antenna
to be installed on the unit. Follow on-screen instructions for programming your RF remotes.
- R15, H20 and HR20 need to have the antenna
installed at the back of the unit where it is connected to the connector labeled "RF REMOTE ANTENNA
". Install antenna
